Draft. A pitch black beer with a huge brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of chocolate and roasted malt, as well as light notes of grapefruit. The flavor is sweet and very powerful with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and a very complex hop note, including notes of grapefruit, hay, and grass, as well as light notes of alcohol, leading to a dry roasted end, that also has a chocolate note lingering. This beer is very refreshing for being so strong and roasted.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a huge amber head. The aroma is quite light, what is there is mainly of berries, but also with light fruity and caramel notes. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of berries, wood, herbs, alcohol, and caramel, leading to a very dry end where the herbal and woody notes lingers. The alcohol is both tasted, but even more felt on the tongue.

Bottle. Almost identically to Thisted økologisk pilsner. Tasted at same time. Average brew, Week aroma and normal danish palelager flavor. Watery palate.

Bottled. Pours clear, copper-colored, with an off-white head. It has a weak but quite pleasant aroma with malt and some roastiness, but lacks hop-balance. The flavor has malt, some grain and weak, roasted notes. Medium body and a grainy finish. A quite ordinary lager, but a tad better than the regular pale lager. (070106)

Draught. Very weak Belgian yeast aroma. Clear dark brown colour with some red. The flavour reminds me of a mix between Belgian yeast and Danish maize. Creamy mouthfeel. Good alcohol level. 5 3 6 5 13

Bottle. Flavour like a "classic" style Danish lager with a bad fruitiness. Not interesting.
