Bottle: Poured a clear bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of fruity hops with some citrusy and tropical fruit notes is really nice. Taste is also a great mix of citrusy hops notes with some tropical fruits and light residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Very well brewed and great way to showcase this hops.

Bottle: Poured a clear light yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light citrusy notes with some sauvignon notes. Taste is lighter then I was expecting with light hoppy notes with citrusy undertones and a light finish. Body is light with good carbonation. A bit short on flavours and the Nelson Sauvin hops are not shining as much as they could.

Bottle: Poured a light clear golden color ale with a medium size white foamy head with light retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with some citrus undertones is OK. Taste is also a mix of light tart notes with subtle citrus undertones. Body is light with medium carbonation. Not bad but lack some of the complexities I would have hoped for.

Bottle: Poured a medium brown color porter with a large light brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral coffee notes with some roasted malt notes is quite pleasant. Taste is a nice mix of floral coffee with no astringency and some light roasted malt notes with light lactose notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Tasty porter with nice coffee profile and good drinkability.

(On tap @ Lansdowne Brewery, Jan 13 2016) Pours nearly clear deep rose pink with a small whitish head and spotty lace. Aroma is heavily floral and perfumed, with lots of cranberry juice tartness and a little grain. Hints of apple. Palate is lactic kettle sour with lemon and yoghurt, with floral character and light tart berries. Grain in the finish. Very smooth moderate body with quite light carbonation. The graininess bothered me a bit but beyond that it was a nice if not overly complicated lactic sour.

Tasting at Matt’s, can
Brown color, small head. The dark malts are a bit chocolatey. Smooth and dry mouthfeel; a bit chocolatey and roasty, correct bitterness, a bit ashy in the end. Not bad.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, loads of piney resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, biscuit malt, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, treacle, very nice. On tap at Bar Hop Brewco.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy orange gold with a small slowly fading white head that leaves some patchy lace. Nose has some intense pineapple and with citrus and grass and biscuit lurking in the background. Flavour is light sweet honey under a medium+ citrus bitterness. medium smooth mouth with average carbonation. Long nicely dry finish. My favourite so far from left Field.
