The first beer at the brewery shared with the missus. Pale gold with white head. The nose a malty hay with mild, mild barely bitter hops. The taste is similar of hay malts, mild hops. Alright. Hardly worth having to sit under a tv playing the Jay’s game. Luckily this beer was the most unimpressive offering there that day.

As I walk in the Left Field crew is diligently peeling a pile of grapefruit for this brew. A labor of love. And well worth it. This beer comes off a slightly cloudy yellow-gold with a white head. Smells of cereal malts, bread yeast. Tastes full of light hay malts, a mild sweetness, yeasty esters just like a nice sasion. The grapefruit coming s through at the end with a citrus zesty finish that lasts and lasts. Immediately bought some to bring to the cottage. Tasty.

Enjoyed at the brewery with Mr. Freaky Tiki and Mr. Freaky Tiki Jr. who proceed to spill everything that came near his mouth down his front. Classy. The beer is a brown-amber with a slightly-tan head. The smell in s really nice - coffee, caramel, toasted malts. Taste is similar with toasted malts, mild coffee slight caramel but feels a thin. The nose is better than taste but still not a bad beer.

Tasting at Matt’s
Hazy amber color, small head. Strong buttery smell, and after that there is the hop and the malt. Powerful body, malty, sweet, strong bitterness, strong DMS, hop resins and hop fruits.
I can drink this, but it’s unprofessional to put this on the market; without the flaws, it could potentially be very good.

750mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Nose is huge on DMS and some buttery piney hops. Flavour isn't as offensive, with loads of DMS, spicy herbal hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Too much of an infection problem.
