A hazed golden DIPA with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light catty notes, nice and fruity. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with kiwi pulp, orange, resinous and piney floral hops, smooth alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.

Keg at Brother’s Beer Bistro, Ottawa. Lightly hazy amber, small head. Huge espresso aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and beautiful green bean espresso. Mid bitter finish. The coffee flavour is beautiful and well integrated.

Keg at Brother’s Beer Bistro, Ottawa. Cloudy golden, small head. Lemony tartness mixes with passionfruit up front. Tart with light body and clean mouthfeel. Vinegar, passionfruit and lemon. No bitterness.
