(Bottle sample @ Witchstock 2018, Toronto, Sept 29/18) Pours lightly hazy pale gold with a white head. Notes of crisply acidic lime juice with lemon and lime zest, light herbal accents, lactic bite, a little raw wheat grain flavour, fairly subtle salt addition, fairly tart through the sip into a slightly drying finish. Lightish body and cabonation. Loads of lime here, solid gose, refreshing.
