355mL can. Pours a clear light golden blonde. Apple skins, a bit of funk, some apple cores, and oak on the nose. Flavour has a lot of tart apple skins, a nice rustic funkiness, some woody oak; a little too heavy on the residual sugars. Pretty solid cider.

Flavour is moderately sweet, with gentle apple skins, moderate sugars, and a touch of acidity. A bit too much toffee and sugars, but there’s a bit more complexity than average. It’s alright.

750mL bottle, pours a clear dull dirty blonde, almost no head. Aroma reveals crisp apple skins, gentle white wine grape skins, and a touch of acidity. Flavour expresses the white wine grapes nicely along with the light-to-medium sweet, crisp apple skins, and very light acidity. Not super complex, but the grapes add a nice complexity to this. Solid.

Brassy amber colour. Has a nice cryo-extractionated icy apple aroma. On the palate, the creme-brulee pyro-torched apple skins blend well with tannins. Intense, deep acidity, complex apple. Very good stuff.

375mL bottle, pours a clear caramel. Nose is decadent, with rich toffee, brown sugar, and rich stewed apples. Flavour is rich, complex, and balanced, revealing tons of rich toffee, brown sugar, just enough tart, acidic apples, and some butterscotch to finish. Balanced, complex, exquisite. Lovely.
