Bottle from Mitra in Elburg. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Grain, malt, yeasty and herbal notes. Taste: Sweet, malty, fruity orange and quite a lot of herbal rosemary and thyme. Belgian yeast notes. Over moderate to medium sweet, light hoppy bitterness in the background. Long lasting herbal finish. Not that bad.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange, dark golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bready, wheaty malty and yeasty spicy, slightly yeasty fruity aroma, hints of crisp bread, clove, some pear. Taste is initially slightly bready, wheaty malty, slightly yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, hints of pear, crisp bread, clove; later additional fruitiness from the added watermelon, some fruit acidic tartness, some residual sweetness throughout. Watery texture, smooth palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Refreshing, drinkable - very nice.
