Description
Richard Hübsch founds on the site of a former stocking factory a brewery. He started with 6 people to brew top-fermented beer. After the war the brewery was nationalized. In 1990 it became a private brewery.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear red with medium pinkish head. Aroma is fruit, cherries and malt. Flavour is malt, cherries, medium sweet, almond and a little acid.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium pink head with medium duration. Color is ruby. Aroma and taste are sweet cherries, malt and citrus. Sweet but balanced nicely with citric sourness.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, cereal, toasted, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, dry grass. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average duration, acrid grass - malt, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111001]

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours clear yellow with a green hew and a egg white head. Rough nose and flavor. Lots of paper and grain.

50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. BBE12/2011 Poured hazy golden with a frothy, lacing white head. Very grainy, earthy aroma. Flavor is grainy malt, some fruity notes as well. Bitter, grassy, slightly fruity finish. Refreshing and very drinkable, top notch kellerbier.

Gertiger Hopfenantrunk, der nur eine minimale Bitterkeit aufweist. Der Akzent liegt weiter auf dem Hopfen, bittere Noten spielen ab dem Mittelteil keine Rolle mehr. Leider ist der Hopfen nicht aromatisch genug um als alleiniges Aroma für Genuss zu sorgen, so treten am Rand trockene Blechnoten auf, die den Hopfen spürbar belästigen und den süffigen Fluss stören. Dennoch alles in allem ein schmackhaftes Pils, das, anders als die meisten anderen Biere der Gegend, seine Betonung auf den Hopfen legt. 9/9/9/8/9/9

Frischer Antrunk, dessen Fruchtigkeit trotz der offensichtlichen Künstlichkeit noch angenehm ist. Später ändert sich dies, die Süßstoffe werden zu offensichtlich. Dazu ist die vorhandene Herbe passend, die Fruchtigkeit wird zum Ende geringer. Ein Radler, bei dem man auch Bier schmeckt – gut! 7/9/9/9/8/9
