Description
Richard Hübsch founds on the site of a former stocking factory a brewery. He started with 6 people to brew top-fermented beer. After the war the brewery was nationalized. In 1990 it became a private brewery.

The bottle looks nice. The beer in the glass is not very zippy, nut has a nice head. Starts dry and metallically, but also washy. All notes are very quiet. A bit moldy finish. Not my favourite!

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass is okay. Very zippy. Starts fruity, not too sweet, a bit chemical, finish too dry. Only average!

Draught: Poured a clear golden color with a white head. Aroma is fresh and harvest. The taste is clean with malts, grains, and hops. Refreshing comes to mind.

Clear brown with medium off white head. Sweet aroma with notes of roasted malt, caramel and chocolate. Sweet flavor that holds roasted malt, caramel and chocolate. Ends sweet.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of both malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of straw. The body is a bit thin.

50 cL bottle, trade with kappldav123. Pours cloudy yellow with a creamy and chalk white head. Mild spiced and slight malty dry aroma. Dry and mild spiced flavour. Mild sweet malty and light yeasty. Smooth finish and mild mellow yeasty.

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (130608)

Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of citrus and straw. The flavor is sweet wtih notes of straw, malt, and caramel. The body is thin. Somewhat boring. Thanks yespr for sharing.

(Bottle 50 cl) KimJohansen. Clear dark amber golden with a rough, off-white head. Distinct aroma of Danish rye bread and roasted malt. Medium body with roasted malts and burned caramel before a dry and lightly hoppy finish. 130608
