Tasting at Matt’s, as Brick by Brick Running Dune, corked
Cloudy blond color, near murky. Aroma of bubblegum, strawberry. Dry mouthfeel, sour wheat flavor, hints of coriander and vegetables, some fruity esters, orange peel, and remarkable lack of bitterness.
Not bad, just messy.
