Bottle 75 cl. Comes as: "Brick by Brick Bosun’s Moustache". Almost clear amber with a small, off-white head. Medium body, very subtle citrusy hop notes. Late bitter finish. Simple and unrefined and nothing much of an American IPA. 261215

75 cl. bottle, as Brick by Brick Shark’s Coffee Pot. Batch # RK 002. Pitch black with a medium sized, lightly tanned head. Good looking. Roasted aroma with coffee grounds, dark malts, licorice, chocolate, bread and herbal hops. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with dark malts, subtle lactic notes and lingering coffee. Nice Stout albeit rather heavy on the coffee.

Bottle as Running Dune. Murky pale orange. Unstable white head. Banana and light coriander aroma. Fruity, yeasty flavour. More banana and notes of orange and coriander ... or soap... Sweetish with light bitter finish. Carb is nearly flat, overall quite dull.

Bottle as Bosun’s Moustache. Clear amber, offwhite froth. Light caramel aroma with malty and slightly fruity hop notes. Caramely flavour with dark citrus bitterness. Gets more malty and herbal towards finish.

Golden color, white head with short duration. Aroma has notes of grassy hops, raw cereal and hay. Flavor has a slightly bitterness, light malty with citrusy hints. Light maltiness in the final with some bittery mouthfeel.
