Bottle from Havnens Vin Og Tobakhus. Pours opaque black with no head. Aroma is intense dark malt, toffee, syrup, molasses, sweet liquorice, sour cherries, cherry marmalade, vanilla, dark rum, and oak barrels. Taste is very sweet, medium bitter, light acidic and light to medium salty. Body is creamy with faint carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of malt, liquorice, cocoa, toffee, fresh cherries, cherry marmalade, vanilla, oak, dark rum, and hints of Vegemite. Very rich and complex but nicely balanced.

Very dark brown with a thin, fizzy beige head that dissipates quickly. Loads of vanilla, dark berries, nougat, chocolate, dark malts, toffee, molasses. Body is oily and medium thick. Finish is very sweet with more nougat and vanilla. The rum is lost among the other notes. Medicinal.

Sweet, heavy and intense with some creaminess, loads of coconut, syrup and toffee, hints of chocolate liqueur, roastiness and earthiness. Could've used a bit more thicccness.

Clear golden with a white head. Big bitter hops, pale toasted malts, bright spice, light citrus, zesty noble notes. Medium bodied. Finish is bright with a crispy snap. Sharp. Highly enjoyable.
