440ml can brought back from New Zealand by my farming friend Graham. Poured into my lovely Tripel Karmeliet glass on 27th May 2026, a rewards for the car passing it's MOT earlier in the day. Hazed orange body, off white crown. Hoppy little number with the three hop varieties all trying to do their thing. Big thanks to Graham and his travels.

Canned. Lightly hazy golden, mid sized head. Aroma of smoky chili sauce. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Distinct grass and bread under a thick blanket of smoky chili sauce. Mid bitter finish with moderate heat. Lovely chili sauce and great base beer. The heat is also not overpowering, still the chili sauce becomes a bit too dominant.

Can from Hamilton Beer & Wine. Pours near clear mid gold with white foam. Aroma: bright, fresh, grapefruit citrus, mild lemon, pine for days. Taste: light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter, follows the aroma, nice grassy resin finish. Very clean. Medium body with soft carbonation. Excellent WCIPA.
