Pours a dark brown colour with ruby-copper highlights, a mocha-coloured head that stay quite a while, leaving lots of lacing. Getting a roasted malt base with a touch of molasses and nutty-coffee. A slick mouthfeel, a touch oily with just a little dryness in the finish, later. A tad more nuttiness in the taste, over the darker notes in the nose, but still not too strong. Seems more like an easy-drinking Stout than a Brown Ale, but easily drinkable.

Clean, golden colour with light carbonation, a small off-white head, not lasting too long, nor giving any lacing. Cereal malt aromas with very mild herbal notes. Thicker mouthfeel than their lager I just had. The light hops do come cutting a touch the finish. Gets a tad hazy at last pour. Flavours blend the maltiness grains, with apples, hints of pears, grassiness. A fairly refreshing, fruity, malty Blonde Ale.

Clean, mid-golden colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, average stay and leaving a bubbly ring on the brew. Cereal grain malt aromas with hints of spicy, green grassy hops. The taste shows the cereal malt base with a touch of pear, and that greener-grass hoppiness. Still mild, but present, creating a light bitterness, and decent dryness. A tad spiciness, giving a touch of Pilsner. A few unfiltered particles do appear at last pour. Not a bad lager with interesting hops.

This blonde poured a clear light yellow colour with a foamy, bright white head. Medium lacing. Scents include corn, plain oatmeal and a little ripe fruit. First swig was pretty thin. Very watery at first. Flavours of corn, straw and light honey. Finish is lightly musty. Not bad…

This lager poured a hazy, yellow colour with a bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, straw and dough. First swig was very smooth with flavours of hops, a little honey and corn. Finish is slightly bitter with corn flavours lingering.

This brown poured just that. Brown, deep dark and delicious looking. Nice creamy, tan colour head. Medium lacing. Scents include nuts, roasted malt, and a little coffee. First swig was delicious. Creamy, not too sweet, with flavours of light coffee, caramel and nuts. Finish is caramel, and light coffee with very light hops. Fantastic.
