Bottle from the brewery. Opaque black with thin head, quickly dissipating to a ring, nice viscosity, trace lacing. Aroma is strong vanilla, marshmallow, over graham pie crust, chocolate, subtle coconut. Taste is initial marshmallow then strong graham cracker and vanilla, milder coconut. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Delivers on everything they advertise they were going for so well executed. Would LOVE to have seen this in a bourbon barrel to ameliorate/compliment the sweetness.

750 ml shared by tfontana, thanks! The aroma is soft toasted coconut with marshmallow. Flavor follows with some soft, dark chocolate malt, and light graham cracker in the finish.
Good body and texture. Leans on the sweet side without a doubt. Doesn’t quite put you into diabetic shock, but certainly sweet.

Can pour at the brewery. Initial lightly hazy yellow, small white floaties in suspension, thin head, poor retention, light lace--more traditional NEIPA look when I poured out remainder of can. Aroma restrained coconut & pineapple. Stronger aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste w/hint bitterness.

5 oz. part of flight at brewery. Opaque dark brown,viscous. Aroma marshmallow, bittersweet malt, mild roasted peanut. Taste strong sweet malt & vanilla (almost marzipan), hint of peanut. Smooth, silky texture, soft carb, sweet fin w/mild bitter offset.

5 oz. part of flight at brewery.Deeply hazy light brown/dark yellow, nice sparkle, thin head, excellent retention, soapy lacing.Aroma strong grapefruit, citrus.Taste strong orchard fruit, citrus, bitter grapefruit. Smooth texture, soft carb, dry fin. Nice all around.
