Sampled @ Van Moll Fest 2025. Black color, full sized beige head. Aroma and flavor are malts, iron, bitter, lingering bitter. Guinness. Awesome. 8-8-8-8-8

Sampled @ Van Moll Fest 2025. A bit hazy orange golden color, off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, hayish, metallic, dusty bitter. Creamy mouthfeel. True to its style. Lovely. 8-7-7-8-8

Bottle from the brewpub, courtesy of my mom haha. Pours deep brown, almost black, with an off-white head. Nose is rough roasty notes, dark chocolate, creamy, a touch buttery. The taste is similar, wonky roast, dark chocolate, maybe a vaaaague hint of acetaldehyde? The finish is cacao, light earthy notes, the body is watery, the carbonation is soft.

Tap at the brewpub. I quite like a dry hopped lager, but (or perhaps exactly for this reason) this one was quite the letdown. Mediocre at best base with barely any hop presence, not exactly what I’d hoped for. Oh well.

From tap at Delfts Brouwhuis. Dark malt aroma with caramel, Belgian yeast, spicy notes, touch of liquorice. Medium sweet flavour, lightly bitter. Good basic Quad.

From tap at Delfts Brouwhuis. Spicy aroma with coriander, floral hop, light malt and fruit. Mild sweet and light bitter. Decent classic Belgian blond.

From tap at Delfts Brouwhuis. On the sweet side, malty with pine resin, ripe orange, touch of caramel. Long sweet flavour with a mild bitterness. Okay, but a bit overpowering sweetness.
