From tap at Delfts Brouwhuis. Bit piney hop with orange, malt, some grapefruit. Medium bitter and light sweet. Modest but classic IPA, pine resin, not complaining.

From tap at Delfts Brouwhuis. Spicy and malty with coriander, caramel. Hint of dried fruit. Mild to medium sweet, lightly bitter. A bit dull.

Half pint at the brewpub. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aromas & tastes of grapefruit & apple. Funky & slightly sour. Moderate to medium body. Dry Brett finish. Very enjoyable

Draft at the brewpub. Poured almost black in colour with little life. The aroma is roasted malt, light caramel. The flavour is roasted malt, big tonka beans, earthy, woody hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is big banana yeast. The flavour is light sweet, yeasty, with a smooth, somewhat light, dry, yeasty, banana, light spicy clove palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, herbal. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a somewhat light, herbal, floral, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured almost black in colour with a thin tan head and some clingy lace. The aroma is big roasty malt, toffee caramel. The flavour is over moderate sweet and liquorice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, light chocolate, light warm boozy, liqourice bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
