Description
It was founded in 2015 by Marie Pallier and Yves Cadiou, and everything in this company evokes the Breton culture, as is often the case in the beers of this region. L’Hirondelle produces different types of beers: blond, amber and organic, sold in certain supermarkets and supermarkets, under the name Breizh Bier or even the most recent Ma p’tite Biniouz, the latter refers to the Breton bagpipe (binioù) which replaced the Hirondelle beers - name change but identical recipe. 5,000 hectoliters of beer are produced there each year.
