Founded in 2015 by Marie Pallier and Yves Cadiou, Brasserie Régionale de l’Ouest (B.R.O.) (formerly Brasserie L’Hirondelle before July 2023) is a Breton brewery located in Pédernec, near Guingamp in the Côtes d’Armor department.

BRO launched its production in Tonquédec in March 2025. This new 5,000 m² facility is expected to allow the company to increase its production fivefold and triple its workforce.

330ml bottle from Super U, Dol de Bretagne. Misty golden orange appearance, minimal loose bubbles atop. Pleasant wit character, floral hades, soft yeasty sweetness.. decent effort.

33cl bottle from Super U Supermarket in Quiberon, France. F: medium, tan, quick gone. C: amber to coppery, clear. A: malty, caramel, bit bready, leaves, toffee touch, bit red fruits. T: medium malty base, caramel, leaves, bit toffee, mellow fruity, dry on the palate, soft carbonation, nice balanced for the style, enjoyed.
