Description
Moulins d'Ascq beers have all come from organic farming since the brewery was created in 1999. 100% of the raw materials used in the design of the recipes are certified organic and produced with respect for the environment.

It takes an average of five weeks to make our beers. They are neither pasteurized nor filtered in order to best preserve their aromas. Their fine bubbles are natural thanks to a refermentation in the bottle. These are beers brewed with respect for tradition, high fermentation and Belgian inspiration.
