Slightly hazy yellow pour, with a small white head. Aroma is wheat, light lemon, and white vinegar. Tartness is subtle, salinity is also very faint, and the vinegar note is there till the end. Light, watery, light saltiness, and light vinegar.

Black pour, small beige head. Aroma is roasty, light cocoa, light coffee. Mouth feel is a bit thin, carb is light. Low to medium bitterness, solid stout, could use some more mouthfeel.

Can from the brewery. Slightest bit of hazy, copper pour, with a small off white head. Nutty cereals, bready, light toffee notes. Grassy, soft resinous hop notes. Crisp, clean mouth feel, solid carb. Medium bitterness, dry, clean finish. Solid.

Can from the brewery. Clear amber pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is pine resins, caramel malts, and some light citrus peel. Mouth feel is solid, carb is medium. Medium to highly bitter, lots of pine notes, fruity malts, and cereals.

Clear copper, with a medium white head. Aroma is pine resins, light grapefruit pith, and oil. Good mouth feel, good carb. Medium to high bitterness. Pithy grapefruit, light caramels malts, resinous finish.

Clear copper pour, with a small white head. Lovely pine/spruce aroma with toasty malts, and some minerals. Medium bitterness, cirsp and easy drinking. Great example of the style.

Can from the brewery. Slightest but of haze, with a small off white head. Aroma is pine resin, spruce, with some grapefruit oil and pith. Great mouth feel, and carb, with a medium bitterness. Finish is citrus, spruce, like caramel malts.

Can from the brewery. Clear amber pour, medium white head. Lots of toffee, caramel malts, light nutiness, cereals and bready. Low bitterness, clean and crisp. Nice cereals, minimal hopping, hints of grass.

Stone fruit forward, peach and apricot with citrus pithy bitterness. Medium bitterness, peach and apricot marmalade with a citric finish. Quite nice.

Can from the Brewery.
Very pale yellow pour, with a small white head. Aroma is some nice cereals, slightly toasty, with some minerals, and light dried grass. Mouth feel is light, and crisp, carb is standard. Finish is very lightly bitter, more soft cereals, hops fade. Crisp, and clean lager, refreshing.
