Clean, light golden-yellow colour with very low carbonation, but a big frothy white cap, good retention and patches of foamy lacing. Corn aroma with a tad grassy hops. More cereal notes come out in the taste with corn blending in the background. The hops are a touch stronger as well, creating some decent dryness in the finish. Even some mild bitterness lingers over the corn left on the tongue. A nice, drying Mexican lager with nice malted barley balanced with the flaked corn.

Clean, golden-amber colour with a pinkish hue, A frothy-creamy, whitish head with decent stay and lacing. Nice strawberry purée aromas with hints of vanilla and cream. The taste has a nice blend between the fruit and sourness. Gets hazier as it pours with little particles through it. I like that the finish of sour notes is long, and only a bit of tart is left. Some of these beers finish too quick, and have too much tart left. This is quite a nice, fruity, strawberry-sour that has bite.

Can that pours a very slight hazed, light golden-yellow colour with a bubbly white cap, average stay and some foamy left on the brew. Tangerine zest mild aromas with hints of pineapples, and the oats-wheat comes out more in this one. The taste is also milder with the citrus-fruity combo taste and oats lingering. A refreshing Hazy Pale Ale that has a bunch more flaked oats and malted wheat than usual.

Clean, golden colour with a frothy whitish head, good stay and thick, creamy lacing. Nice Saison yeast aromas with orange notes and some spices. The rye comes out in the taste, with mild wheat. so a touch of bananas appear. Gets a tad hazy as it pours. A beautiful smelling beer with the spices, but the taste is a little confusing with all going on. Still, well-brewed and worth trying.

Clean, golden colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, decent stay and light lacing. Mild piney hop nose, over a caramel malt base. The pine-like hops, bitterness, grassiness and building dryness comes through the style. A slight haze comes at last pour. Not a full hop-bomb, but a very good West Coast IPA that stays well with the style.

The only 355ml can from my 2024 trip at the brewery - out of a dozen. Pours a clean, deep amber colour with a copper hue, and golden highlights. The head is light-beige with average stay and some decent soapy lacing spots. Beautiful, freshly grounded coffee grains in the nose over a mild malt base. Quite mild again in the taste, but at least the coffee adds some edge to it.

Fairly clean, light, bright golden colour with a white cap, good stay and some soapy lacing spots left. Aromas of cereal malts, herbal notes and a touch of spiciness. This continues into the taste. Not too thick of a mouthfeel and the finish drying is nice. Hints of pear do come out in the nose eventually, to blend with the grains. A nice, easy-drinking Pilsner with a good balance of spicy malts and herbal hops.

Lightly hazed by unfiltered transparent particles floating around. The head is white, soapy-bubbly with average stay and some decent foamy lacing patches. The aromas are a nice blend of herbs (cilantro), citrus notes and a stray-caramel malt base. The taste is mild with some citrus and herbal hints. The mouthfeel has a decent dryness in the end. A pretty decent Session IPA that is on the light side of flavours.

Can that pours a very slight haze, golden colour with an amber hue. The off-white head is frothy, bubbly, foamy with good retention and some soapy lacing. Big rye cereal grain aromas with light caramel undertones and hints of hops. The taste is nicely balanced between the spicy rye malts and barley. The hops are mildly more present in the finish. The mouthfeel has nice dryness to cut the richness of the grains. I must say this is a very pleasant first experience from this new brewery. Perfect for the style !
