Flaska från Etre. Gyllenfärgad, aningen disig, med högt vitt skum. Syrlig occh frisk doft och smak. Torr och krispig, citrus, säd, jäst. Snygg och elegant utan att vara komplicerad. Gott.

Flaska från Etre. Disig gulorange vätska med lågt vitt skum. Friskt syrlig, funkig doft med stall och strå. Pigg men ganska snäll syra, aningen acetisk, inte mycket fikon men en genrell fruktighet åt det syrliga hållet, torr och ganska stram och fint funkig. Mycket gott.

Bottle at Foeder For Thought. Pours a hazy orange gold with small white head. The aroma is wood, bourbon, funky. Slick body, strong bourbon, funk, oak, nice tartness, very good.

Bottle at Foeder For Thought. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is citrus, oak, fig, floral. Thin body, citrus, light fig, strong oak, nice tartness, very good.

Taster at Beasts and Brews. Pour a clear, golden color, with a small, bubbly, off-white head. The nose is lemon juice, lime zest, hay, and pine. Lightly tart, with a mild bitterness. Light body, with a sharp, very acidic palate. This is a fun beer, with nice, tart flavor and hop aromas.

500ml bottle shared with the KL tasting crew. Poured a hazy medium orange pink colour with little life. The aroma is yeasty, tobacco, oak. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a smooth dry, mineral, oaky, vinous palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 31 Aug 2019) Hazy golden colour with brief head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of peaches, apricots and citrus. Fruity, tart taste with peaches, tart berries, citrus, hints of raspberries and a fresh acidity in a dry finish. More than medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty with a nice tart peach character. Nice one.
