(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 31 Aug 2019) Hazy golden colour with brief head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of peaches, apricots and citrus. Fruity, tart taste with peaches, tart berries, citrus, hints of raspberries and a fresh acidity in a dry finish. More than medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty with a nice tart peach character. Nice one.

750ml bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Sangue di piccione, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianco-sporca leggera. Al naso note di ciliegia, vinosa, quasi una barbera giovane, stalla. In bocca è acida di carattere, succosa, fruttata e vinosa, rotonda. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Mamma mia che birrone!

On tap @Luppolo Station in Rome. Hazy dark golden color with an extra white foam. Nose: velvety citric aroma going a bit sweet, bretty, floral. Beautiful. Mouth: easy drinking, character, pepper, the finish is citric and sharp with a lemony after taste. Lovely beer.

Cork and cage bottle. Pours a dull, purplish color, with a small, fleeting, grey head. The aroma is caramel, leather, peat, some good berry notes, and a mellow funk. Sweet and dusty, with a mild, sharp, tart finish. Medium body, and fairly acidic. This is a fun, complex, and tasty fruit saison.
