Bottle shared at Brad & Janna's Ferndale Farewell. Pours a dark purple to black with a tiny bit of off-white head that dissipates. Lovely cinnamon and blueberry skin aromas on the nose. Rye whiskey as it warms with oak, blueberry skin and fruit and more cinnamon on the palate. Finishes with a touch of vanilla and more blueberry and cinnamon & rye whiskey notes. Great stuff!

Bottle. Pours a clear dull red with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart blueberry and earthy graham cracker with a bit of cinnamon and vanilla underlying. Flavor has light tart blueberry with a bit of vanilla, earthy graham cracker and cinnamon supporting.

Bottle. Pours a hazy purple with a slight pink hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has juicy and tart cherry with a nice vanilla note and a hint of funk underlying. Flavor starts with juicy cherry, has a growing tartness but a smoothing vanilla in the finish.

Bottle shared at Farewell to Ferndale. Thanks Brad and Janna! Pours a deep, dark chestnut brown with a finger of beige head that lingers. Woody aromas with oak, berry, fig jam and cinnamon all present on the nose. Palate shows the same with some honey and floral undertones. Tart with more fig, berries and wood underneath.

Can. Pours a clear dull gold with a visible carbonation and a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has an interesting combination of coffee, earthy grains and vanilla with a touch of tart fruits underlying. Flavor has much more of a tart lemon note with a bit of growing coffee, some vanilla and an earthy grain backbone.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Wingman. A hazed bruished golden coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is mouldy funk, vinous, damp wood, bark, bruised grape, bark. Flavour is composed of tart, pithy citrus, mouldy wood funk, sour grape, woody tannin, grassy herbal notes. Palate is crisp and tart, woody tannin. highish carbonation. Not a fan.

375ml bottle from Brew Export. It pours a lovely clear deep red colour with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is nice and funky, damp basement, barnyard which mellows of to ripe sweet cherry, Bakewell pudding, tangy orange, gingerbread, vanilla and oak. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangy, sour, puckering, nip of acidity, tangy orange, sherbet, plenty of cherry, vanilla, oak, vinous quality, fizzy cherry cola bottle, only find the pineapple if I am searching for it and some light oak tannin through to a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Lovely stuff. Works very well.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 10/06/22. Lightly hazed orange with an off white cap that veers to a swirl. Nose is damp oak, funk, green berry must, lemon rind, herb, hay bale, farmyard notes. Taste comprises vanilla oak, buggy, buttery tones, chardonnay notes, damp wood, green berry skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic edge. I liked the smell but the taste wasn't doing it for me ... too much buttery flavour.

Lett tåkete rød med tynt hvitt skum. Lukter syrlig bær, sitrus. Smal av granateple, rabarbra. Syrlig i munnfølelse. Bra sprudlende. God😀
