Can from Holiday Market. Pours a hazy, glowing light orange with a finger of white spritzy foam that dissipates. Fresh squeezed, underripe mikan, pineapple and light lemon zest on the nose. Tart mikan on the palate with some yuzu, lemon and more pineapple flavors. Tart, but not overly acidic. Very refreshing. Killer dry-hopped sour.

Keg at BD Inverurie. It pours clear purple with a small white head. The aroma is bright, some funk, tart and zingy, juicy, gummy bears, tangy berries, fruit tea character, passion fruit and purple chewits. The taste is very tart and puckering upfront, then it mellows out, sherbert, loads of berries, sour blackcurrant tea, bramble, floral, tropical fruits, passion fruit, tangerine, kick of acidity, sour candy, fizzy cola bottles and a hint of woody tannin. Finish is firmly dry. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Fun stuff. Moreish.

Crowler from Holiday Market shared. Pours a tomato ruby red fruit punch color with a small bit of off-white foam that dissipates. Tropical punch aromas with guava, blackberry and lime standing out. More lime on the palate with spicy fresh sliced ginger notes that complement the blackberry really well. Tart fruit, but also a soft pear note underneath. Good body, acidity is restrained. Well balanced and executed sour from Speciation and HOMES.

Very light pale golden color. Nose has light sourness, mild sweetness and Modest oak. The nose is a bit musty. Gripping sourness, grapes, mangoes. An underlying sweetness that is very good. Full body. Oak and grape linger with mangoes - though the mango lends more sweetness than fruit character. Still fantastic

16-02-20 // tap at Biererei Bar & Vintage Cellar Unfiltered clear glowing darker red. Nose of oaky vanilla. Higher acidity. Good fruit sourness. Mild sour red fruit notes. Subtle woody bourbon barrel notes in the end. Maybe more warming up. But lovely. --- Beer merged from original tick of Speciation Finite Population on 16 Feb 2020 at 14:58 - Score: 8. Draft at Lagerhuys. Aroma and flavor of puckering acidic sourness, fresh tart lime, subtle coconut, wheat, sour slightly juicy mandarine and a fruity sour finish. Very good.

Sample at Urban Artifact during The Extinction Event: Natural Wine & Spontaneous Beer Fest on 09/28/2019. Clear yellow-gold color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of oak, fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of pineapple, oak, green apple, mildly funky yeast and doughy malt. The finish is vinous oak with a pineapple and apple aftertaste. Good beer all around.
