B1 (2018) shared in 2019. Pours rather unclear blonde. Small white ring of foam. Smell is lemon, aromatic, reminding of a fruity cheese ( i don't mean cheesy though ! ) . lemon,, clear fruityness. Taste is full, sharp, lemon tartness. Very dry, oak, spices. Nice !

Thanks Gregg for sharing! Taster showing straw with sparse white foam. The nose shows intense notes of brett. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Highly tart with a subtle sweetness and moderately intense brett throughout.

Can from 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a clearish straw yellow color with a quickly dissipating white, soapy head. Strong lemon zest aromas with some funk, mineral and wet hay aromas. A bit of sulphur at first but dissipates as it warms. High carbonation. A bit light and watery but with lots of lemon zest and lime flavors. Light mineral and citrus lingers on the finish. Nice on a hot day.
