On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear peachy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice slightly tart dry fruit with a touch of dry honey and oak underlying. Flavor has sour light fruits supported by dry honey and oak notes.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear earthy purple with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a sweet tart berry with a light funk and oak underlying. Flavor has a oak and tart berry combination with a bit of funk and sweet berry.

On tap at MBCC Red Session. Pours a cloudy ruby with small pinkish white head. The aroma is grape skin, funk, oak, yeast. Slick body, funky, grape, yeast, vinous, dry finish, very good.

Crowler form BD Castlegate. It pours lightly hazy copper - gold with a decent white head. The aroma is zingy and juicy, tart and tangy, white wine, gooseberry crumble, sour melon, greengage, sour plooms, sherbet and funk. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, zingy, nip of acidity which dissipates, lemon - lime, gooseberry, white grape, sherbet, quite bright, some funk, oak, straw and hay with a crisp, puckering sherbet finish. Medium body and fine, massaging carbonation. A comes together very well. Moreish and quaffable.

Bottle from Beerdome. Clear deep red with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, red grapes, wood and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 120221
