750ml bottle pours out pinkish red color topped with a fizzy pink head. Nose is nice big raspberries tart funky barrel. Taste is more of the nice tart berries plenty funk and some seed notes.

The aroma is zingy, bright, juicy, sour peach, nectarine and apricot, sweet popcorn, digestive biscuit, white wine, sherbet, refreshers and cracker. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, kick of acidity which lingers, very sour, sour peach candy, nectarine, apricot, lemon peel, fizzy cola bottles, hay, cracker, minerality and refreshers with a dry, puckering finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation.

On tap at GTOM. Pours a cloudy orange with frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is oak, brett, floral. Thin body, pine, oak, brett, dry finish, good.

2017 bottle. Pours a near clear dull amber red with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has sour raspberry with an acidic bite and a touch of funky oak underlying. Flavor has sour and acidic raspberry with a bit of oak and a light funk in the finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy tart fruits and slightly sweet honey with a funky oak backing. Flavor is quite funky with some sweet honey and a touch of light tart fruit in the finish.
