Lightly unfiltered with very tiny transparent particles floating around. A deep golden colour with a white head, leaving some nice lacing spot-streaks. A caramel malt base with some good piney notes and grassy hops. The taste is milder, showing a cereal malt base with lighter grassiness. Medium bodied with a little dryness in the finish. A decent old school IPA that does what it should do.

Fresh cereals, notes of fresh bread with a touch of sweetness, typical malty lager aromas. Amber in colour and partially veiled, it develops an abundant and persistent moss. On the palate it is malty with slightly sweet cereal notes. A slight husky feel permeates the palette. The bitterness is sweet, and the subtly herbaceous finish could be more attenuated. The malts could be better worked in this cereal lager which lacks attenuation. Français: Céréales fraiches, notes de pain frais légèrement sucré, aromes maltés typiquement lager. De couleur ambrée et partiellement voilée, elle développe une mousse abondante et persistante. En bouche c’est malté avec des notes de céréales légèrement sucrées. Une légère sensation de ‘’husky’’ s’imprègne dans la palette. L’amertume est douce et la fin de bouche subtilement herbacée pourrait être plus atténuée. Les malts pourraient être mieux travaillés dans cette lager céréalière qui manque d’atténuation. O:7.55 V:2.19 G:5.96 C:3.45 G:11.32 T:30.47
