"We are fanatical - and quite probably even zealots - when it comes to doing it our own way. Our way means we never, ever settle. Our way means the enrichment of all, not just the few. We do what we do with pride, passion, and purpose. If you're looking for something unique, progressive, challenging - but ultimately very rewarding - then our beers are for you, our fellow pariahs. Cheers!"

Pour looks more like a hazy IPA than a wit. Aroma is some wheat malt and a bit of ginger but nothing is standing out. Flavor is more chewy wheat malt, some small hints of jasmine and ginger. This had a unique flavor that was different from the typical wit. The adjuncts used saved this one.

23/II/19 - 1Pt. can from a trade (bought at San Diego Wine and Beer Co.), shared @ 1st Belgian Beer Geek Gathering (formerly known as Belgian Ratebeer Gathering), BB: n/a, no dates on the can, marked as “new” in the shop - (2019-307) Thanks to Surya for the trade!
Pretty cloudy orange beer, big creamy yellowish head, very stable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: soapy, floral, some tropical fruits, perfume, sweetish, more fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter start, floral, super bitter, dry, soapy. Aftertaste: bit fruity, slightly sweet, malty, more soapy notes, very dry and bitter finish. Don't like it. Where's the aromatic hops? I highly doubt this can was really fresh. This is why a canning date should be obligatory.

The Aromas are mild resin Hops, a little citrus and dry grain. Flavors are similar to no a little more sweet than bitter, not dank hops despite the label. Malt sweetness really comes out along with a hint of concord grapes. A bit medicinal in the Finish.

Subdued Aromas of resin Hops & dry grain. Flavors are like nose, hoppy Bittersweet malty sweet up front going Bittersweet trending bitter in the Finish body is chewy and sticky. Wish it was fresher.

Pour is a just a slight hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is a nice peach and pineapple hop. Super fruity and tropical. Flavor is passion fruit and guava with almost no bitterness or alcohol showing. A real nice fruity not quite hazy IPA. My only beef with this beer is that is says on the can "drink within 60 days of the date code" and then they don't put a date code on the can.
