Keg at the Euston tap. A clouded pink peach coloured pour with a thin pink head. Aroma is disgusting, sour milk, sulphur, off yogurt, eggy. Terrible. Flavour is composed of spicy sour milk, rotten milk and eggs, tart raspberry, salty, stale grains. Couldn’t stomach more than a sample, spicy tangy finish. Palate is sour, grainy, highish carbonation. Fucking terrible. I think a lot less of mondo for inflicting this on people.

Keg tap at the Express Tavern, Brentford. Mid- to dark brown, very translucent, some cream-coloured head and lots of lacing. Floral grassy hop overtakes the malt in the aroma. There’s also an odd whiff of earth or maybe soy. Bittersweet taste, certainly acceptable but nondescript. Turns more bitter over the course of the sip. Long back-of-the-throat bitter finish. OK but not a beer to get excited about.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. oily palate.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Light hazy golden with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light caramel and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 050816

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, fruits, grass, straw and hops. Nice fruity finish.
