Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours totally clear with a thick, creamy off-white head. The nose holds ripe, lightly dank citrus fruits, orange, melon, grapefruit, pine. Medium sweet flavor with rich citrus, melon, papaya, oily pine, bready malts. Medium you ll bodied, lightly chewy, with fine to average carboantion. Resinous and lightly warming on the finish, with gooey citrus fruits, bready sugars, some goopy pine, more orange, melon, pineapple, papaya and mango. A little piney bitterness in the aftertaste. The beer sits a bit heavy on the palate, but the hop expression is solid and itโ€™s a good beer overall.

Keg at the white hart pub. Clear dark orange coloured pour with a lasting thin loose white head. Aroma is big chewy sweet caramel, butterscotch, some orange rind and earth. Flavour is composed of rough chewy caramel biscuits malts and earthy grains, some pine, hit alcohol, dirt. Palate is sweet, under attenuated, moderate carbonation. Keg at Mondos Tap, Battersea, Saturday 13th February 2016 Described by the barman as โ€™a bit chewy, I thought more like a bit sour and perhaps unintentionally so. Pours black in colour with an off-white head. Aroma a little bit roasty but sour edge again. Taste is a little fruity and tart (sour) not getting coconut or chocolate. A5 A4 T4 P3 Ov9 2.4
