Can at home in the garden, 4th April 2025. Pours fairly clear for a hazy, aroma is melon, juicy fruits, citrus. Taste is citrus, orange and satsuma. Decent stuff and a bitter finish

Aromas are citrus, brett, spice, malt and the barest hint of mushroom. Flavors are similar to nose, mildly tart, dry and some bitter. If I wasn't told there were mushrooms and smoked salt in here I wouldn't guess it. Body is a bit thin okay carbonation. Interesting idea, so so execution.

EB: from Ferm 11th Bday- dark malty with some notes of roast malt, some cocoa, caramel, the bretty and funky farmhouse vibes come in, some coffee roast, sourish bretty and malty into the close. Enjoyable and pretty different.
