Pours clear pale yellow into a willi. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Yuzu and citrus aromas. Medium bodied with sweet rice and hay upfront turning to mild earthy citrus in the dry, sweet finish. Liked it more than I thought I would.

Pint can for 5.99 - thank you, Jester King for not selling this for 12 bucks a can like every other brewery in the universe - mostly black pour - thick, but fizzy and short-lived tan head - nose is simultaneously cloyingly sweet but also with moderate umami - some coffee and cream - medium-full body, though the finish is lightly thin - fairly sweet, especially in the finish - chocolate, coffee, light smoke, light umami - finish brings some bitterness and light tannic character - it has it’s weaknesses but is overall solid, especially at the price point.

This will be my last rating on RateBeer unless it is resuscitated. I want it to be a Texas beer and I have one from Jester King, purchased at Mr. T's across town. My ABGB snifter is receiving the pour from a 16 oz can of Ghost Cannon. I do the pour to see an unclear, light yellow body with a persistent head of absolutely snow white foam. The nose gives a lot of tropical and a bare hint of hoppiness. The drink is good in the style. Honeydew melon, kiwi fruit, crackers, citrus and a light bitterness concluding. A decent beer at a sad time.
