On tap at BrewsLi, München, Friday 14th April 2023. Pours almost clear light gold colour, there is a slight haze. Hops show on the nose, a little citrus, fruity, dry, nice.

On tap at BrewsLi, München, Friday 14th April 2023. Pours hazy yellow gold with a white sticky head, nice nose, a little flare of the nostrils as a little citrus kick hits, it's a little bit sherberty, a little residual sweetness, good.

On tap at BrewsLi, München, Friday 14th April 2023. Pours clear warm gold with a white head. Aroma is little syrup and a little bile, soft mouthfeel, lacks crispness, bitterness and piney or usual west coast characteristics. I don't dislike this but then I am not a big fan either.

Bottle at BrewsLi, München, Friday 14th April 2023. Pours pitch black, small tan head. Aroma is certainly barrel aged, taste is bang on in terms of what I would expect from an Imperial Stout, no sweetness, roasty, some underlying bitterness, lengthy finish, a little boozy, perhaps the barrel ageing is a little bit heavy but it's a good Impy.
