@home poured into a tumbler. Gin and tonic nose. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, small white fizzy head, disappears completely, no lacing. Sourish aroma, gin, juniper, tonic water, soda water. Taste sweet and sour, lemony, tonic, gin, light vinegar, fizzy mouthfeel. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, lingering prickly sweet and sour aftertaste, bit chalky, gin & tonic notes, bit gassy, not your typical sour ale, quite refreshing, very nice.

330ml bottle thanks to Zozo! Wow thats some artwork! Pours a hazed reddish orange tinged amber, small off white ring of foam atop. Aroma has some definite vanilla fudge, caramel, orange oil. Taste has a good sharp sour edge, vanilla appearing prominently, gentle caramel fudge accents, some underlying orange notes, soft pithy moments. I was apprehensive but have to say it works. Good stuff. Not so sure about the label tho.
