Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma e quello di miele, pane, cracker, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare limpido. Bollicine fini costituiscono anche la forma del perlage, con carbonazione morbida e persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo appena percepibile. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce indizi di miele, pane, frutta secca, erbaceo ed agrumi.

# 4513; 1/2025. Vague aroma of caramel and cellar. Brilliant deep gold body; tiny lacing off-white head. Caramel, honey, hoppy spicy, cellary, slightly alcohol warmth, fuller body. It wouldn't be a bad pale Bock, if it weren't so cellary/mouldy. 0,5 l, bottle, supermarket, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).
