Can from House of Trembling Madness. It pours clear amber with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, sweetish, quite mellow, subdued, baked goods, spent grain and oatcakes. The taste is fairly soft, sweet, muted, watery, spent grain, toasty, nutty, cereal, oatcakes, budget biscuits, grass and green bitterness with short, grainy finish. Light body and average carbonation. Quite lackluster and grainy. Not great...

It was a gift, thank you! A new green beer in an interesting, nice box. The second one I've come across, I think. This one is perhaps a lighter green, the foam disappears quickly. I would think from here on it could be a basic Bohemian Regent Pilsner, let's see: it opens with a strong Salzer hoppy bitter, it's nice and dry, the carbonation is adequate. I don't think it's a regular Pilsner: it's much more medicinal, more herbal, quite interesting. I liked it because I like these kinds of brews.

Appearance: Clear pale amber with a one finger tall off-white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: Bisquits, candied grapefruit, floral hop. pine needles. Light sweet, medium bitter. Mouth feel: Medium body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: Not a great IPA still an acceptable one. Wondering about the low rating.

Apple, toasted bread, esters, and copper, all on top of a strong herbal/floral bitterness lingering long into the fade. Yeasty and just all-around weird tasting, with the same metallic tang I found in the other BR beer I tried. Not for me.

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, getreidiger, leicht hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, leicht grasig hopfig, leicht hefig. Leicht süß mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Light caramel and apple, underlined by a hint of cocoa, cascara, and toast, with a metallic backbone mixed with a medicinal bitterness on the finish. Very thin and undercarbonated. Pass.

Dåse fra hotel i Cesky Krumlov. Klar gylden med flot hvidt skum. Dufter lidt af peber eller andet krydderi. Smager lidt af græs.
