On tap at Purkmistr - Pivovarský dvůr Plzeń Friday 20th September 2024. Pours dark gold with a large sticky white head, there is a light haze. Nice mouthfeel, good bitterness, hoppiness is quite forward a little wishy washy though and perhaps lacking a bit more bite. That said it's pretty good, and Loz is enjoying despite also recognising it's weak points.

On tap at Purkmistr - Pivovarský dvůr Plzeň, Czechia. A super nice place on the outskirts of Plzeň with a camping area, Thursday 19th September 2024. Pours hazy mid gold with a large white head. Lovely beer, really more'ish', nice bitterness, clean, fresh and with a great hoppiness. The only slightly unusual thing of note is a millpond or even aquarium aroma. V.good

Pours hazy dark gold/light amber with a sticky white head. Quite floral from the off with a medley of garden aromas the taint this somewhat, a middling bitterness but the anticipated yeastiness (it's described as a Belgian ale?) anyway yeastiness is a bit muted. Good but the floral touches are a little bit too much.

Tap at Slunce ve skle 2024. A weird one, no other info about it - but it was there in the inner courtyard. Hazy golden body, lasting, thick white head. Bit buttery, bit malty, slightly floral-hoppy aroma. Dry taste, herbal, floral, light diacetyl, lower bitterness as they claim but a dry finish. Ookay.

# 3958; 12/2023. Strong wet hay aroma, zesty, resiny, citrus. Murky gold body; white head. Tropical fruits, grapefruit, zesty, long harsh herbal bitterness finish. Worse drinkability. Not my favorite... 0,7 l, bottle, supermarket (Globus), Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

Tap at Slunce ve skle 2023. Murky reddish body, beige head. Oaky, sweetish, yeasty aroma. The wood dominates the taste, tannins, light fruity touches as well. Too long in the wood I reckon, making it more interesting than actually tasty.
