Mein erstes Bier aus einem Biertausch mit kolemkoukolem, der mir dieses BIer ais seiner Heimat 🇨🇿mitbrachte -Herzlichen Dank dafür an dieser Stelle 🤝
Die Brauerei hat ein recht bekanntes Bier-Spa und vor langer Zeit hatte ich einmal eines der vielen Fruchtbiere (Feige), aber das normale Helle 🎗️kannte ich bislang nicht.
Es ist ein klassisches, tschechisches Zwölfgrädiges, das sich aufgrund der hohen Süffigkeit 🌊gut trinken lässt. Es hat einen netten getreidigen Kern und einen intensiv buttrigen Beigeschmack🧈.
Auch wenn ich es nicht im wirtsgaus hatte, kann ich es mir im Bierbad 🛁gut vorstellen.

Depp golden color and a white head. Strange nose, vegetablea, sour, Sauerkraut, . Taste Is bitter and follows the nis.

Tap at Festival minipivovaru na Hrade. Harsh bitterness, feels grassy earthy, lacking some good hops character. Average at best, no freshness, stale earthy thing.

Tap at brewpub. Malty and hoppy aroma and taste, flowers, medium bitter. Medium body, malty and hoppy flowery bitter finish. Ok.

Bottled 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren. Darker greenish coloured, medium sized off-white head, herbal nose. Perfumed herbal, bit floral, some grass and discreet hemp with candy touch in the finish. Lacquer also.

0.5l bottle from the brewery, shared in Zagreb with Hrabren and Ogi. Misty deep, slightly bluish green. Greenish head. Perfumey sweet herbal aroma on bready maltiness. Bit of cannabis, herbal syrup, herbal bubblegum, bit herbla-bitter, bit floral, ending bitterish. Fun, but is it appealing?

0.5 l bottle thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Dark blueish green, small off-white head. Herbal candy, soapy, hempy, minty. Perfumy. Smooth, herbal candy, messy, peppermint bubblegum. Light body, moderate bitterness. Weird.

750ml PET bottle picked up from the brewery, Plzeń. Consumed Friday 11th October 10th October 2024 listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music but now ByteFM. We are making Phaldari Kofta in a Makhani Sauce with Nan Breads (the latter were purchased, the rest homemade). Pours hazy dirty light yellow, busy in the pour, really lively with a large white head. Hoppy and with a dry edge, but there is a slight rough edge, I don't dislike it but as a comparator the IPA from Purkmistr last night was soooo much better, this just feels like it's some sort of prototype.

0.5l tap. Unclear dark amber, creamy head. Caramel, grassy hops, lemon zest, toffee, basement notes, resin, some DMS. Hoppy zesty resinous bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty hoppy malty bittersweet finish. Tasty!
