On tap at Pivovarská nalévárna v Soukenické. Pours clear gold with a white head. Tons of aromatic Saaz on the nose. Flavour has a fairly rustic pale malt expression, lots of dry grass and straw. Dry, crisp, refreshing. Great stuff.

Grassy, grainy and slightly buttery with some bready notes, hay and earthiness. Crushable, sweetish Czech pils

# 4599; 4/2025. Cellary, malty, herbal aroma. Murky gold body with small floating particles; tiny off-white head. Cellary, malty, herbal, slightly perfumy; slightly harsh bitter finish. Lighter body; medium carbonation; worse drinkability. Worse than expected from Hostomice brewery, still good pilsner. 0,5 l, can, brewery pub, Hostomice (Bohemia, CZ).

Golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is crisp malts, some grass, herbs and a bit earthy tones. Flavour is crisp malts, grass, herbs and some slight earthy notes in a nice way. Very crisp and fresh. Top notch brew! Re-tried it also 15.3.2025 at the same place, still rocked my socks off! Best lager I've had in a long time!

Pours a cloudy dark gold, moderate sized white head, nice lacing. Aroma has a grain and creamy malt character with Lemon and spice. Taste has a bready and cereal malt with a fruity middle, some sharp zest notes and a grassy bitterness that works through the beer. Excellent. Note: it was so good I bought another one which is unusual for me in my chase for new beers. I can confirm it was just as good.
