On tap (@U Bulovky, Liben’): Very deep ruby-amber coloured, big stable off-white head, sticking to the glass; fresh aromatic hops in the moderate dry roasty and fruity nose; moderate to solid dry bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering dry bitter finish, fruity, hoppy and chocolatey influences included. Very good, tastes like a bottom fermented Dry Stout......

On tap (at the brewpub): Pale yellowish coloured, lively carbonation, cloudy, big stable white lacy head; distinctive sweet fruity nose (no bananas, no cloves, but lemons and raspberries), yeasty flavours in the background; moderate sweet and slight sourish flavour, soft, light to medium bodied; shortr sweet-sour finish with a little tartness and some lonely hops in the aftertaste. Good, no doubt.....

draught at U Balbinu. Deep brown colour, large and incredibly creamy beige head. Arom aof caramel. Full-bodied, caramel, toffee fudge and chocolate, also hints of blueberries. A delicious beer to accompany the really good food they serve there.

Summer of 2008 at the brewpub. As 13 degrees. Cloudy amber with a firm and lasting off-white head. Fruity aroma with herbal and grassy hops. Dry and refreshing flavour with a little butter. Some herbal (rosemary) and grassy hop flavour and quite bitter finish. Rather unusual. But tasty.

On tap at the brewpub. Golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is crisp biscuit malty with herbal and spicy saaz hops. Medium sweet malty flavour with a good hop flavour and plenty bitterness. A bit less malt forward than many Czech svetles - perhaps German inspiration?

Draught at the brewpub as Polotmave Weissbier. Quite cloudy dark brown colour. Stable light brown head. The flavour is slightly caramelly. Has a little sourness in the finish, not exactly unpleasant, balances off the malt, I guess. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Pražský Hefe-Weissbier 12.8° on 06 Jul 2009 at 17:44 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6. Original review text: Draught at the brewpub. Very mild citric aroma. Quite cloudy light orange colour, almost milky. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour has some clove and a little citrus, the citrus getting more pronounced in the finish. OK refreshing wheat beer.
