Malziger, fein säuerlicher Antrunk. Malznoten z.T. dunkel, angenehme Karbonisierung, rund. Die Malzigkeit steigt an, süffig, die Besonderheit des Mosts kommt kaum, jedoch deutlicher als als bei der weißen Version hervor. Okay. 8/9/8/8/9/8

375ml bottle. Clear dark golden beer with a small white. Aroma of mid sweet grainy malt, some sweet grapes. Taste of mid sweet strong grainy malt, yellow fruits, grapes.

Feiner, süß-säuerlicher Antrunk. Eher trocken, sehr süffig, die Säure bleibt dezent. Spritzig, minimal hefig, rund, sessionable. Kurzer, fein säuerlicher Nachhall. 9/8/8/9/9/9

33cl bottle. A clear deep golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of grainy malt, tart fruits, apples. Taste of tart dry apples, yeast, interesting.

Rund säuerlicher Beginn, intensiv nach Kirschen, Ähnlichkeiten zu Kirsch-Lambik können nicht geleugnet werden. Die Säure fährt zum Mittelteil etwas herunter, spritzig, intensiv. Die Kirschnoten isnd natürlich und halten lange an, vollmundig, langer Nachhall. Aus Franken? Wow! 9/12/13/13/11/13
