7/3/2025. Bottle shared by Bruno, cheers! Pours clear dark mahogany brown with a small lasting frothy beige coloured head. Good looking beer. Aroma is ashy, chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, coffee, citrus and dark fruits. Moderate sweetness, quite heavy roasted bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Nicely done, well above expectations.

Bottle 0.33l from 1 minute, Dakar Airport. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- fermented, malt, a bit spicy, slightly peppery. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, lightly bitter, a bit peppery, malty, fruity - pale plum, peach, citrusy, pear compote, herbal, spicy, nice pepper flavor. Medium bodied. Good.
