Description
Careful, now it's getting romantic! For us at ueberquellbeer is not an exchangeable mass product, but something very serious and real and genuine and truly special. Because it's something brewed by people, not machines. Because in contrast to all the ultra-modern equipment, people have a little more passion to brew passionately. And the prettier hands too. Now, if you're wondering if all this has happened was what our breweries are all about, we can announce full of hops and malt: We brew our bottles at our friends of Schnitzlbaumer in Traunstein. Of course according to our recipes, on the identical plant and under the keen eye of our master brewer. The on-site brewery has 7 tanks, where we produce our core range.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy and minimally caramel malty aroma, hints of apricot, peach, yellow stone fruit in general, whiffs of vanilla, grassy overtones, a touch of protein, late some grainy undertones. Taste is dry, minimally sweet, pale and caramel malty, fruity hoppy, minimally metallic, hints of apricot, peach, mirabelle, a grassy and piney touch, some protein. Minimally creamy texture, dry, minimally repellent, simultaneously minimally cloying palate, medium, soft, foamy carbonation. Clean, nevertheless nice subtleties due to non-filtration, produces less forest associations than yellow stone fruit echoes - interesting, minimally unusual, nice.

330ml bottle. Rather ugly, murky, brown colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Yeasty, earthy fruity and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of apple, berries, some orange, rather unspecific fruitiness overall. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, tart-ish, earthy fruity, slightly citrusy fruity hoppy, hints of orange, underlying hints of orchard fruit, berries, rather unspecific fruitiness again. Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally astringent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Really unattractive colour, nice tartness - OK.
