Аромат карамельный, немного алкогольный, специи небольшие. Цвет чуть светлее чем должно быть. Есть хлеб, много дрожжей, но немного не в стиль по ощущениям. Есть карамельный финиш, небольшая горчинка, много дрожжей снова. Можно выпить но на раз.

Bottle. Turkish brewery no.7 I would have guessed wheat ale maybe, but weizen? With both eyes closed okay. But it's fairly nice beer and surely drinkable.

Bottle @ Republic, Izmir (July 2023). Clear copper-dark amber with a large foamy beige head, caramel malt aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter caramel taste with faint smoked grains flavor, thin smooth body, long caramel finish. Quite a nice dunkelweisen.

Bottle @ Republic, Izmir (Jul 2023). Pours cloudy reddish brown with a very small frothy off-white head, caramel aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter caramel taste with faint alcohol undertones, thin body long bitter finish. Decent doppelbock.

Bottle @ Kitir Pilic, Ankara. Pours cloudy rich yellow with very small frothy white head that flops down immediately, faint banana-wheat aroma, high carbonation, mildly sour hay taste with banana flavor, thin body, long finish. Not bad.

From tap at Trokya Craft Beer Taproom in Edirne, Turkey, before taking the train to Bucharest. Clear golden. Persistent head and lacing. Persistent white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of pale malt, papaya, fruity yeast, coriander, wheat and marmalade.
