The inspirer of this project is George Papadiotis, a third generation distillery and lover of flavors and challenges. The production is done on a small scale with high standards in taste and quality. The brewery is located in the center of the city of Volos, on the most commercial street of Ermou. This gives the opportunity for pedestrians to watch the magical process of brewing, making our space familiar and accessible to the world and giving us the opportunity to get to know the culture of beer in the world. We have married the modern industrial style with the traditional one, and we capture all this in the contents of our bottle, that is, in the beer.
