Unser Ziel ist es, die regionale und nationale Bierlandschaft mit spannenden Stilen zu erweitern. Unser Ziel ist es, die bestehende deutsche Bierkultur zu ergänzen um diejenigen, die uns seit Jahren faszinieren und begeistern – handwerklich gebraute Pale Ales, India Pale Ales, Session Ales, Double IPAs, Imperial Stouts, Milk Stouts, Porters und Barley Wines. Trockengehopft mit auserlesenen Aromahopfen, gebraut mit Röstmalzen, die Aromen entwickeln, die bisher kaum bei uns zu finden waren. Unser Ziel ist es, euch auf eine Geschmacksreise mit zu nehmen und unvergessliche Momente zu schaffen, ähnlich derer, die wir erleben durften, als wir 1998 unsere erstes dry-hopped Pale Ale an der US Pazifikküste getrunken haben.

Can from Getränke Oase. Unclear amber, lowish head. Sparkly perfumed peach aroma. Medium boy, mellow spritzy, light mealy, peach, ginger, moderate spring onion, lychee. Fresh fruit, but a bit muddled somehow.

Can. Orange blonde. Tropical fruit in the slightly perfumed aroma. Grassy, perfumed hopbitter flavor. Sharpish, herbal. Tropical and citrusfruit.

20-04-20 // 440ml can. Hazy juicy yellow. Nose is not inspiring. Not punchy hoppy. Thick yellow fruity juicy. Quite bitter but still in balance. Good.

44cl can. A hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of mild sweet juicy hops, mango and apricot. Taste of intense juicy and hoppy fruits, apricot, citrus, tangerine, long bitter finish. Quite nice!

Bottle, 330 ml courtesy of and shared with Cajt people. Unclear orange, white head. Bit dank and fruity on nose, lactic in aroma, nice bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Canned, courtesy of and shared with Cajt guys. Black with tan head. Some roastiness, chocolate, malty, caramel, medium sweetness, thin, especially for the abv.

Can at the Fat Cow, Lat Phrao, Bangkok. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, stone fruits, mineral, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, fruity, light pepper spice, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can at the Fat Cow, Lat Phrao, Bangkok. Poured a hazy golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus, light woody hop, mineral. The flavour of a moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, mineral, earthy, light stone fruits, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
