Unser Ziel ist es, die regionale und nationale Bierlandschaft mit spannenden Stilen zu erweitern. Unser Ziel ist es, die bestehende deutsche Bierkultur zu ergänzen um diejenigen, die uns seit Jahren faszinieren und begeistern – handwerklich gebraute Pale Ales, India Pale Ales, Session Ales, Double IPAs, Imperial Stouts, Milk Stouts, Porters und Barley Wines. Trockengehopft mit auserlesenen Aromahopfen, gebraut mit Röstmalzen, die Aromen entwickeln, die bisher kaum bei uns zu finden waren. Unser Ziel ist es, euch auf eine Geschmacksreise mit zu nehmen und unvergessliche Momente zu schaffen, ähnlich derer, die wir erleben durften, als wir 1998 unsere erstes dry-hopped Pale Ale an der US Pazifikküste getrunken haben.

Stark malziger, intensiv cremig-schokoladiger Beginn. Viel Whiskey, minimal herb, vollmundig. Langer, ausgewogen malziger Abgang. 10/11/11/10//11

Hazy yellow. Aroma is pineapple some passion fruit a little dusty. Taste is sweet and sour juicy fruity. A bit bitter. Quite nice. A bit dusty in the finish.

Can. Hazy yellow. Hoppy dank pineapple nose. Moderate hop burn, spicy citrus, high bitterness for a hazy beer.

Can. Cloudy milky yellow, lowish head. Very nice citric and grassy nose. Medium light mellow body, tea perfumed and bitter, grassy, perfumed lemongrass, some chalky bitterness.

Can. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is fruity hops, a bit earthy too. Taste is fruity, mildly grainy, herbal hops. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not bad!

Can sourced from Beerdome (shared at home 21/02/2020) - very hazy golden orange pour with a white head. Bold juicy tropical fruity notes of over ripe mango, papaya, stone fruits, slight green hoppy hop burn, medium body, fruity hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Can. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is rather sweet, juicy fruits, milkshake. Taste is the same, on the sweet side, a bit grassy. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Decent!

Can direct from the Brewheart Webshop, consumed at home Attenkirchen, Saturday 14th February 2020 watching 'Dark' on Netflix having just had a very nice Lamb Meatballs with Sour Cherries and Tomato Sauce. Really soft carbonation, very creamy, lovely texture. Very indulgent, chocolate and a hint of creamy vanilla. Black with a tan head.

Can direct from the Webshop, consumed at home Attenkirchen, Friday 14th February 2020 listening to The Evening Session by Steve Lamaq on 6Music. Hazy yellowy/light amber in fact very murky. Very hoppy, sweet but wonderfully bitter, really streaky, citrussy. This is superb.
