Description

On tap at Braukunst Bier Festival Friday January 31st in the company of Dominic and Vera (Dranken Geers, Oostaker). Pours shark eye black with a slim light cappuccino colour head. Oily mouthfeel, the nose certainly showing signs of the barrel ageing. Rich in the mouth, a hint of a reminder of chocolate liquers, the barrel ageing is also very prominent in the mouth. This is lovely, perhaps a little bit boozy, but smooth, rich and dangerous.
