Unser Ziel ist es, die regionale und nationale Bierlandschaft mit spannenden Stilen zu erweitern. Unser Ziel ist es, die bestehende deutsche Bierkultur zu ergänzen um diejenigen, die uns seit Jahren faszinieren und begeistern – handwerklich gebraute Pale Ales, India Pale Ales, Session Ales, Double IPAs, Imperial Stouts, Milk Stouts, Porters und Barley Wines. Trockengehopft mit auserlesenen Aromahopfen, gebraut mit Röstmalzen, die Aromen entwickeln, die bisher kaum bei uns zu finden waren. Unser Ziel ist es, euch auf eine Geschmacksreise mit zu nehmen und unvergessliche Momente zu schaffen, ähnlich derer, die wir erleben durften, als wir 1998 unsere erstes dry-hopped Pale Ale an der US Pazifikküste getrunken haben.

ABV: 6.5%. Murky matt medium yellow orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, citrus, lemon - lime - soapy, green. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus, soapy, carbolic, lime, sharp, minerals - yeast, green. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Can. Cloudy golden, a few floaties, lowish offwhite head. Sweet tropical nose, pineapple, lychee, peachy too. Sweet base sugar sirup, light sticky medium body, mellow, light sparkly base. Good grassy bitterness to cut through the sweet tropics, Good balance in the end.

Can shared by Cuso, thanks. Light malty and hoppy aroma and taste, citrus fruit, exotic fruit, medium bitter. Medium body, hoppy citrus bitter finish. Good.

07-07-20 // can. This is definitely way more classic DIPA and not a New England. It has a light juicy touch but the stronger malty body, pine notes and a good bitterness overweigh. Malt sweetness.

Can from Beyond beer shared at home (27/06/2020) - hazy golden yellow with a white head. Medium sweet fruity with some notes of grapefruit and mango, some tangerine, some floral hoppy elements, some pineapple from the bru-1, sticky sweet malty support, oily bitter resinous hoppy into the close.
